SAMUEL G. LYNN
Founding Partner, Attorney
Samuel G. Lynn is the founder of The Law Office of Samuel G. Lynn PC, specializing in personal injury law. Before establishing his own firm, he was a trial lawyer at several prestigious law firms, including serving as a partner at the national firm Ashcraft & Gerel LLP, where he tried over 50 cases to verdict and litigated many hundreds more.
Known for his aggressive and articulate advocacy, Mr. Lynn has been recognized multiple times by Metro Verdicts Monthly for large jury verdicts. Super Lawyers included him in their "Top 100 Maryland Lawyers" list, and he has been named one of the "Top 100 Trial Lawyers" by The National Trial Lawyers. He is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Throughout his career, Mr. Lynn has secured numerous seven-figure settlements and verdicts, including multi-million dollar recoveries for motorcycle clients, such as a recent case involving a rider struck by a semi-truck that resulted in a seven-figure settlement.
Mr. Lynn earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland on a full academic scholarship in 2003, followed by a Juris Doctorate from the Columbus School of Law in Washington in 2007. In addition to his legal accomplishments, at age 17, he cloned and sequenced a previously undiscovered virus while working with the USDA. At 19, he participated in a research project in Australia, studying the Great Barrier Reef.

ANJALI VACHHANI
Anjali Vachhani joined the Law Office of Samuel G. Lynn in October 2022. A California native, she graduated from the University of California, San Diego, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience. Her attention to detail and passion for advocacy led her to pursue a career in the legal field. Before joining Mr. Lynn's team, Anjali worked as a litigation paralegal in Boston, Massachusetts, supporting trial lawyers specializing in Family Law, Business Law, and Trusts and Estates. Outside of the office, she is an avid reader who enjoys exploring all that San Diego has to offer.
David Gutierrez, Jr
David Gutierrez, Jr. is a San Diego native with more than 20 years of experience managing personal injury claims and supporting civil litigation. He began his career working at the front desk of a personal injury and criminal defense firm and advanced through the ranks to case manager and office manager, gaining extensive hands-on experience in all stages of personal injury cases.
David has developed strong expertise in litigation procedures, discovery, case management, and insurance claim evaluation. He has attended numerous seminars and professional trainings on insurance claims handling and litigation strategy, giving him valuable insight into how insurance companies evaluate injury claims and helping the firm pursue strong results for clients.
Outside of the office, David founded Gutierrez Boxing Club, where he mentors and trains young athletes. He enjoys spending time with his family and visiting the San Diego Zoo.
Edelyn
Edelyn brings decades of experience in the personal injury field and a genuine dedication to the work she does each day. She is known for her thoughtful attention to detail, strong sense of organization, and is a steady reliable source of support for both clients and colleagues.
As a bilingual professional, Edelyn takes pride in assisting Spanish-speaking clients and ensuring clear, comfortable communication throughout the legal process.
Anarosa Olmos
Anarosa Olmos joined the Law Office of Samuel G. Lynn with over six years of administrative experience in immigration and personal injury law firms. A native of El Centro California, now residing in beautiful San Diego, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Arizona State University.
Friendly, bilingual in Spanish, and highly attentive to client needs, Anarosa provides exceptional support by keeping cases organized and ensuring clients feel supported throughout the legal process.
Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, as well as exploring new recipes in the kitchen.
